Who has access to my data in Loadparts?

The data searched by Loadparts is done directly from your computer, We do not monitor or save results from searches using Loadparts, nor do we know which part numbers you search. All your information in Loadparts is confidential; usernames and password are safely stored on your computer.

Will my stock or website appear on Loadparts Search?

We do not accept Excel, CSV or any other types of stock files; Loadparts downloads results from websites. Stock files get outdated frequently, this is why all the information displayed on Loadparts is "LIVE"; we do not rely on companies sending their updated inventory files. Loadparts is never out-of-date!

How does Loadparts work?

Loadparts searches just like you would, only faster! The Software will seasrch for parts from each of the sites you selected. It will then download the results page from each site, and display all the information to you. Usually, Online Services require usernames and passwords to access their information. To see results from these websites, you must enter your username and password which was provided to you by that service.

Can I add one of my personal sites to Loadparts?

At the moment, the only way you we can add a site to Loadparts is by requesting it using our Suggest a web site form. We are currently working on a solution to help you add websites to Loadparts yourself; we recommend you visit this page again at a later time.
